Paragone Database Highlights
Q. Why is the MLS database in JimmyRig when I have access to Paragon as a current OBAR agent?
A. It gives several benefits:
- Having the MLS data in JimmyRig allows it to display MLS history on each tax record. It is very convenient and relieves the user of searching for it.
- You can search and display JimmyRig's MLS data "Paragone" in different ways than you can in OBAR's Paragone such as:
- Shows all MLS history for each listing.
- Rank current rental listings by rental performance.
- Auto calculates MLS History back to 2003. This can be very helpful on a search result of a client's comparable sales.
- For Prospecting:
- Shows today's Expired listings in one click. One more click to find phone number for owner or create mailing label.
- Search Expired listings history by "days back". Each listing found shows if it has been relisted. One more click to find phone number for owner or create mailing label.
- Interacts with MLS:
- One click to copy MLS#s for listings found in your search to easily paste into Paragon's MLS# field on it's home page. JimmyRig automatically formats the MLS#s so all you have to do is paste.
- Creating Market Reports:
- Easily compare and sort listings selected for a CMA so you can quickly understand and represent them to your client.
