By having less swapping from program to program and retyping data, you can focus on the result more, less on the workflow.
Prospecting By phone:
One click to find phone numbers. JimmyRig’s built in web browser automatically enters the property owner’s name and address and returns the results from 3 web sites in one click. You can store the phone number with the tax record and it stays there as long as they own the property.
Prospecting By Mail:
JimmyRig helps you create great looking mailing labels quickly and simply. You can then save them for the next time you prospect so you’re ready to go. You can print labels directly from JimmyRig, send to a printing company, merge with Word or send to other devices. It also eliminates duplicate addresses saving you even more money.
For Rental Companies:
In addition to the above, JimmyRig can also eliminate your current owners from prospecting mailings.
JimmyRig can show you the current status of your rental owners in the MLS system.
A Google map of the property is shown in each tax record. Each property has Latitude & Longitude built in so you can be sure of the property's location and not rely on a search site's address accuracy.
